I used a Windows 10 but when I converted to a Macbook Pro and transfered my files, I lost all my customizations (Cues points, Hotcues, Loops, etc).
I put my music files under the music tab and the database XML file in documents.
Please help.

Did you transfer music to the same path on the new computer?

I have the same issue except it randomly happens with old tracks. I load the track and all mappings cue point edits are gone/missing. These are tracks I have not touched moved or edited in years. I wish VDJ would follow the Serato model and just store all cue points, loop points etc in the individual mp3 metadata instead of storing everything in a centralized database that can be corrupted causing the user to lose everything.
