Sujet Why is my Cue & Sync screen buttons striped??
Using VDJ Infinity licence version v8.5-64 b6444
Having been through hell for over a week updating Windows 10 20H2 update and after three 2 hour microsoft support phone calls and remote input being advised to totally re-install the OS and ALL my programs (Thanks Microsoft now seriously considering Mac's) a possibly lame question but why are my VDJ on screen Cue & Sync buttons striped in the 'Pro' Layout? They work and maybe I'm being too analytical, but it still raises the question why?

Try update your graphic card drivers.
Should probably fix it..

If not, in VirtualDJ settings, try set experimentalSkinEngine to "no"

Thanks Rune, I have had to re-install Windows 10 from the bottom up, plus VDJ and all my settings have gone wrong, I get a warning now asking for me to install latest drivers for Nvidea Drivers as my existing ones via Lenovo (my laptop) but when I try to install the latest for my video card Nvidea says they are incompatible with my laptop.
It's put my online radio show off air via MixCloud for 2 weeks this will be my third - Total nightmare, but thanks for the input.
I am now researching a Mac..... Shame on Microsoft....

Didnt have to reinstall..
Just update the driver...

And if that didnt fix it, in VirtualDJ settings, try set experimentalSkinEngine to "no"
Should get rid of the graphical stripe glitch

As for your reinstall and asking for Nvidia latest, try these:
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/145874/en-us
Looks like the latest's drives for NVIDIA GeForce GT 820M

Skin uses the Intel driver though, so try update that as well
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

Lastly you can also try set the Intel graphics to max performance, as well as laptop to max power.

https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000211304-Using-the-High-performance-power-plan-Windows-

Pretty sure it will work great, if you just test the above...

(and you can optionally try setting skin to use the Nvidia, if you in VirtualDJ settings set useLowPowerGPU to "high power" as well, if you prefer using the "best" card )

I also have this same problem.
I changed the two suggested settings and reinstalled the video driver, without success.
I have a Intel NUC Ultratop i3 with Windows 10 Pro 21H2 update.
