i have no idea what happened here. EDIT : user error it was hidden in another menu also, odd though.
not really sure why it broke these into two lists. i hope thats everything.

There are issues moving folders (not only using MyLibrary) often ending with a crash depending on content and access status
It's sometime difficult to move on top of a tree or ordering (ending with being subfolder )
