Hello everyone,
I have been using Virtual DJ software at home for fun. Today I have realized that right channel sound quality is not as good as the left channel. Right channel sounds deeper and lacks low frequincies.
I would appreciate if you could help me solving this issue.

Very unlikely to be a vdj issue, more likely to be an issue external to vdj, something in your signal chain, a defective audio jack, something wrong in your amp or speaker.
Easiest test is to play music from, windows media or vlc or whatever program, if in that case a audio problems is detected, then we can rule out a vdj issue.

To be honest I don't use any controller or external device. It is just my computer and the software.
I have just realized that deck2 (this is what I meant originally) bass/lower is like silenced. I am not sure how but, it is what it is. As a temporary solution, I have switched to 4 decks and started using decks other than 2 or B.
UNfortunately the issue still exists.

So your saying the issue is any deck excluding A (deck 1)?
