Been using the free version for a volunteer community radio station through Radio.co happily for months.
Old laptop died, got new laptop, and had to install newer version of VDJ on it.
That was working fine for a few weeks. I record the show as I do it live for my own records really.
Last week I hit a new issue though, all to do with exclusive access to the soundcard.
I’d been having a Zoom session on new laptop just before going online, and VDJ was not working, so I clicked on the exclusive access ‘yes’ button. All was fine that evening, but when I came to do my Thursday night show, VDJ would not let me press the microphone button unless exclusive access to soundcard was granted.
Problem is as a result of this, the show was not streaming through past Radio.co. The feed into Radio.co was working, levels up and down, if I changed inputs into Radio.co, it removed the feed accordingly, but nothing went out live.
How can I fix this issue?
Do I need to go back to an earlier version because something has changed in the last 10 days?
Would purchasing the home version or better get past this?
