Hello: The video extensions loops like the Halloween or the shadow girls does not display on the screen. It used to. I have the Pioneer Controller DDJ-SR2 and the MacBook Pro for your reference. Oh by they way. It works, BUT as soon as I connect my controller, it does not display. But the music video works just fine. Please advise. Much appreciate. I would like to use the effects for the upcoming Halloween week-end.

That's due to padpage page being not the same with keyboard and controller
(yes these are called padpages of padpages)
maybe try to use padSkinIndependent

That worked.. Thank you. First I turn it on and then turn it off and bam... it is showing and working with my controller.

Hello Tech Support. My video loops are not displaying again. I did go to pad skinner and turn on and off or just on and nothing is displaying with my Pioneer Controller DDJ-SR2. It worked before now it does not. It does show when I am just using my MacBook Air only. Please advise. Much Appreciate it and Happy Holidays. I look forward to your response.
