I use the Denon MC 7000. When I run a beat loop through the sampler, the loop is permanently on the headphones. Can I turn this off? I use the default 1+2 Master 3+4 headphones. There is only one button for sampler up and down but no cue for headphones.

by any chance to do you have the sampler output set to headphones only?
To check, use the menu dot on right top of sampler window and then open the "Audio Output" menu
Or check in settings:
samplerOutputDeck -1 is headphones only
samplerOutputDeck 0 is Master (default)
samplerOutputDeck 1 is Deck 1
etc
