Sujet Problem with USB devices not being recognised in a specific port
Hi all, I have a Lenovo C940 which has 2 x Thunderbolt 3 USB-C ports.

I come out of one of them to a Thunderbolt 3 compatible Anker hub. Problem is that the USB-A devices stop getting recognised. I use the bottom port for my lighting module and the one above for the connection to my MCX8000, and the two HDMI ports are for video out to two external screens. The hub also has the 65w charger plugged in to it for power passthrough.

It will all work fine then I get to a gig and the controller and lighting module are as if they're not plugged in. I can swap to another USB-A port or swap the actual thunderbolt connection to the PC but after a tme they will stop working too.

I can use USBDEVIEW to clear all devices then it will work again, but then does exactly the same thing. I don't want to completely reinstall Windows so hoping there's an easier solution.

P.S. When I use the GPD pocket 3 (backup machine) it works perfectly every time, so that leads me to believe it's a problem with the C940 rather than the Thunderbolt hub.
