Was your Prime 2 connected and set to Computer mode when you took the screenshot above ?
Strange that you dont get the special Prime 2 button at the top under HARDWARE.
anyways, if the issue is the display on the screen of the Prime 2/4, then make sure you have a file akairemotescreenslib2.bundle in /Documents/VirtualDJ/PluginsMacArm folder.
If not, then probably you updated VirtualDJ without the Prime 2/4 to be connected.
You will need to connect one of the Prime 2/4 with VirtualDJ and having your computer connected to the Internet, so that the missing file above to be automatically downloaded.

I downloaded 8.5B 7093 software in virtual but my screen on my Prime Go will not display virtual DJ

If you are on Windows, you need to install the Windows Driver
