any time i stream video out to obs it streams vdj and not the video so i have to do a quick resize .
i have it set up to my web cam so it shows the song im playing below my web cam

VDJ can broadcast directly. You don't need to use OBS.

also it does not seem i can chose my 2 cams at the same time in my settings .. and i cant put in my browser overlay

Yes you can use overlays and animated backgrounds (although the VDJ chromakey is poor). You can also have two cameras at the same time if you use a suitable videoskin and set everything up correctly.
My understanding is that you can stream to several places at once - although personally I don't see the need. Twitch for example has a record of over 3 million people watching a streamer.
If by overlays you're talking about streamelements stuff, then no - but again that's not something which is essential when streaming.
