Sujet All Hotcue triggers loop
Very frustrated right now. I searched for about 20 minutes and looked at the settings but I can't find what it might be.

Whenever I trigger a hotcue, my cue works but it also starts looping. It doesn't matter if I use a controller or mouse when I trigger the cue point. It is every song, every cue, even new ones. Playing or freshly loaded...

I did upgrade to the newest from 8.2 earlier today. I opened it up and made sure it loaded up right after without my controller plugged in. It looked normal and I shut down. I have a rare moment to actually work on a mix, but I have this random issue effectively killing any creative flow.

This is probably some setting that I can't figure out but I'll list my controllers before someone asks.

Check to see if your pad mode is on CueLoop and not HotCue. What you described sounds like the CueLoop pad mode.

Thanks. Yes, this was the case. No clue how such things get changed. This was a feature I'd never explored before. My searches didn't find this exact thing, but it appeared to be a feature people want(ed). Now I know lol.
