Just paid for a lifetime license and the second I connect my newmark controller the stems disappear can someone help me out why is this happening help???

I use a Numark NV-II and don't have this problem. What you might be seeing is the default layout (at least for the NV-ii) is the pads in the pro layout is Hotcues. If you drop-down to Stems it loads all the stems onto my controller pads.
