How to get Reason 12 to work with Virtual DJ Pro?

You need to provide more detail. What do you mean by "work with"? What are you trying to do?

Rewire is no longer available in Reason. It can be used as a VST3 plugin. I don't see how to add it in Virtual DJ.

vstFxFolder
point it in the right location and your vst should be seen as an fx

I have already subscribed, downloaded and installed Reason 12. I am unable to load Reason as VST in Virtual DJ. I apologize I should have explained that earlier.
The only file I found was located in C:/Program Files/ Common Files/ Propellerhead Software/ReWire/ReWire.dll
I pointed to that directory in Virtual DJ VST settings in the Options and it didn't show up as a VST effect in Virtual DJ.
I did some research and only found information that ReWire doesn't work in Reason as of version 11 because Reason can load as a VST plugin in compatible DAWs.

Yes, in that way that Reason can add vst´s
You could perhaps make VDJ visible in Reason not the other way around.
Reason is a DAW as I said before.
