I signed up for the IDJPool streaming library a few days ago. I used it Friday night and was really pleased with it. I was able to instantly access pretty much all the songs I wanted to satisfy customer requests. The next night I had another wedding and I could not get any song titles to come up. Nothing! I tried signing in and out and back in to VDJ. Nothing. I had a strong wi-fi signal. Needles to say I was pissed! This morning I fired up the VDJ program and clicked on the Online Music link inside VDJ and everything workded great. I am confused. Why was I getting nothing on Satruday night? Any input or help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!- TJ

Some venues use port blocking so their guests can't use the wifi for Spotify, Netflix etc. and as idj pool is a streaming service it may have been blocked.
That's why I use the hotspot on my phone instead.
