I have the pink time code records to plx500s pioneer numark scratch mixer phase DJ. I put the time codes on face and when I push play on the record it spins but the virtual DJ does not move but all the controls move on the mixer what could be wrong with it I bought this 9 months ago it was working fine when I received it I put it away and I bring it back out nine months later and now it doesn't want to work. I have the pro license and I use a DJ controller now for it that's what I bought after my stuff on the turntables did not work anymore

Can you post a screenshot of your VDJ Audio Setup and TIMECODE tabs ?
