Sujet Problems with changing payment method

Is anyone else having problems with updating their payment method? I'm trying to change my cards to continue my subscriptions to the audio plan and Virtual DJ Pro. When I go to my account I click on the "My License" tab, I click on update and the page just loads up a blank screen. I tried using different browsers and computers but no luck.

The payment method is frustrating in itself, the last card I used it kept saying it couldn't accept the payment until I found a link to be able to get the payment to go through.

Can anybody help? I just want to switch my debit cards. I don't understand why the payment method is so difficult with this website

How often do these guys check their emails? Last time I emailed them, I never got anything back

Trying to change card, doesnt seem to be a way to do it any more, useless really
