I have a problem, the software doesn't control my Rane Twelve Mk2
When i connect it, seems to recognize the mapping, when I close the settings tab, nothings appear.
When i return in settigs mode, the mapping is blank (see pictures)

I would start by upgrading to a more recent version, the one you are using looks very old

Also even the "factory default" mapping screenshot is definitely wrong since Rane Twelve MKII does not have a lot (if any) of the keys shown there.

Thanks for the replies, yes, I've an old version of software, probably the new one have the map of MkII. It was a test, my controller is connected with an A&E Xone:23c, a rare configuration, before buy a new licence, I wanted to try if it worked.
