Hi I have a Dell XPs running 11 pro windows . My external drive is showing in my computer but not in the drives file in VDJ, I though it may be the drive so bought another but still

Do you have anything in the "ignoreDrives" setting within VDJ?

not that i can see and it is definitely a VDJ issue as it shows up in this PC on the laptop
