My situation as follows.
We are now using 2 controllers and 2 computers with vdj on gigs, mainly windows.
We have approx 20 dmx light fixtures, smoke machines, moving heads etc.
Right now i am using standalone dmx controller to control the lights. Tried looking in to qlc+, but so far i have found no meaningful benefits to using it. Stupid complicated, and still same problems with beat, recognition, and still will be not easy to sync with VDJ’s on 2 separate computers.
Also i really don’t want to go to third computer, teach the crew how to and so on.
My controller has midi connections,
So I am wondering if there is a way to get the tap signal from 2 computers with VDJ to my DMX controller by midi?
