Hi,
Last weekend I had a glitch in the system where I loaded a song. It started playing fine and then in the middle of everything it started sounding distorted. It started stuttering. The actual screen, the jog wheels would stutter. It started getting worse and worse and then all of a sudden it just stopped playing.
I thought maybe it was a couple of external hard drive cables or the cable from the controller (which is my Performer) to my MacBook Pro so I replaced the external hard drive cable and I replaced the cable going from my controller to my Mac.
Loaded a song and the exact same thing happened all over again so I don't even know where to start.

First thought = audio buffer set too low
