I am confused as my account states that I don't have any licence. I always understood that I have the Pro (Legacy) version of VirtualDJ but the licencing bit has always been a mystery to me.
I presume I need a higher account level to have the FULL karaoke facilities in VDJ 2026. i.e., to be able to play ALL my audio files and have their lyrics displayed as if they are karaoke files. (Is it actually possible to play ALL audio files as karaoke with the correct licence?)
Should I need to upgrade for the above karaoke facilities, is there an upgrade procedure which might save me some money? Or do I simply have to buy the latest Pro licence?

no, your license gives you access to everything.
The problem is that your license was assigned to john@center(...), but you're using john.fa(..)er@center(..).
Contact support and they'll help you fix it.
