Sujet: Problem with Virtual DJ or laptop.
I have a very serious problem, either with the Virtual DJ programme or with my laptop. I’ve noticed that when Virtual DJ is running and playing, the screen flickers. Is it the Virtual DJ programme’s fault, or is it my laptop’s? The laptop is new and has already been sent in for repair several times. Below is a link to a video showing this problem. I’d like to thank everyone for their help, but so far no one has been able to help me with this problem.

Update your graphics drivers. Simple as that.

It won’t work. It’s not as simple as you might think.

Did you actually try what he said or are you making a judgement call based on some other knowledge?

If neither is true them maybe try it and tell us about the results.

As for your general question (is it a VirtualDJ problem or laptop problem), it's obviously a case with your laptop environment. Many persons are using VirtualDJ on Mac and on Windows without issue.

The graphics card driver won’t help at all. Thank you for your answer.

So you didn't try it.

People are here to help you, but you also have to be open to help (you're going to have a hard time here if this isn't true).

I tried many graphics card drivers and none of them helped. Nevertheless, thank you for your answer.

I have a laptop like this - ASUS Vivobook 18 M1807HA-S8026W Ryzen 7 260 18,4" WUXGA 144Hz 48GB 1000SSD990PRO W11

So it seems your screen has a high refresh rate. If not done already, you might want to try setting skinFps to match (or to 0, which I think makes the application pick the appropriate rate).

You might also want to try toggling experimentalSkinEngine to see if that helps.

There may be a few other skin options to try as well (see the skin options here).
