Sujet: Mapping of a sample
Hello everyone,

I have two files:
1x Horn.wav and 1x Horn.vdjsample.

"Horn.wav" is located in "VirtualDJ/Sampler/Sounds/Horn.wav"
"Horn.vdjsample" is located in "VirtualDJ/Sampler/Audio/Horn.vdjsample"

On my old Windows laptop I could map them,

(sampler "Sounds\Horn.wav" play while_pressed)

or
(sampler "Audio\Horn" play while_pressed)
always without brackets
but it doesn't work with my MBP M5

How can I map them directly to a key (using "while_pressed") on my MacBook Pro M5, without having to use the PadPage Sampler from VirtualDJ or a controller? For example, the keyboard keys "B" and "N".

``` Because the main folder is no longer located in "My Documents" (or "My Documents"),
(on my MBP the path is:
"Macintosh HD/User:innen/Max/Library/Application Support/VirtualDJ/Sampler/")
I tried both:
"Macintosh HD/User:innen/Max/Library/Application Support/VirtualDJ/Sampler/Audio/Horn.wav"
and
"Macintosh HD/User:innen/Max/Library/Application Support/VirtualDJ/Sampler/Sounds/Horn.vdjsample"
(Where "Max" is, that's my username...)
I tried all variations with "/" and "\"...
Somehow it's not working anymore, can someone please help me...
(I wrote everything with Google Translate, I hope it's understandable).
You're using, v7 script syntax, use the v8 syntax
sampler_play "FILEPATH" while_pressed
