Hey, he may not be kidding. I just purchased it from Creavente last night, I'm looking at my receipt, and when I start the program, enter the "Transaction certificate" that they gave me, where it says the enter serial number, nothing happens. What is up with that?

It doesn't want the transaction, it wants the serial number that you received. I just bought it again for my brother. It took all of about 5 minutes, we downloaded it, installed it, and launched it. It was simple.
