I suggest and independient 3 band equalizer for each channel with frequencies of 63hz (low), 3k(mid) and 12k(high) with +6db and -20db for kill effects, also a manual bpm detector (like the guy mixing presses certain key each beat and computer calculates it) for breakbeat or hard to find bpm songs. I also suggest (if not much) balance controls for each channel and effects like flanger echo delay auto pan etc.
