A Jogwheel would really come in handy, and it can also be used for the effects, like the Pionees CDJ 100s uses the jogwheel for the flanger, zip and wah effects.
It will also avoid the "scratching" sound when mixing and the left and right keys are used to manouver and correct the wave file's position.
A simple turn to just bend the pitch up or down.
