Sujet DMC-1 and Serial 2 USB cable

Hi, It seems that if you use a Serial 2 USB cable to connect the DMC-1 to your laptop that it doesnt work wirh Virtual DJ.

It depand which adaptater you use.

I got one and it work perfectly, i buy it on a standart hardware shop, so i try it before buying.

I think I read in some other forum about 6 months ago that somebody had success with an adapter they got from Radio Shack. This was with PCDJ though I think... but it might be the same problem your having now with VDJ.

I have used a serial to usb adapter to plug a DMC-1 and it work with VDJ. There isn't problem.

Mine cost 29€ (in France with taxes)
