are there any plugin that i could use to stream my mixes live to a shoutcast ? if there isnt, how would i go about doing such a thing

try the shoutcast plugin u can download at www.shoutcast.com

if the plugin gives u errors use it on winamp and choose to use the input from your soundcard instead of what winamp is playing..
 
Definitly use it inside winamp itself, it prevents latency problems... it also allows you to use Line-in input, where you can route the record output of your mixer or amp to the Line-in of the soundcard.. allowing you to stream the post-output mix.. handy if you use a post-mix EQ or effects... or external mixer..
