I was doing an extended analysis on my mp3 collection and noticed that it is not possible to minimize Atomix during this. It would be nice if we were able to minimize Atomix due to the fact that some music collections such as mine are very large and it does take a considerable amount of time. This is not a big issue and doesn't need too much concern, just a thought for future updates.

Yep, I'd find this useful as well. I rescanned my MP3's last night and it took almost 3 hours to complete.

I'v learned to live with it:
you can't rightclick entire folders (and I have them quite organized) anyway so I generally playaround (read "practising", I'm quite new to this) a couple of hours every night and when I've changed to a new track and just sit around and enjoy the thrill of a good mix I select a few files, analyse them, select a new batch of files and analyse them and so on until it's time to go/mix to a new track...
