Sujet: Still can't load program

Thank you for clearing up my user name and password conflict. But I still can't launch your program. The splash screen is the only thing I see and then it disappears. can you solve this for me DJ Homeboy? Thanks. Phoenix.

Phoenix and DJ Homeboy, can you please let me know how you've solved this problem. A friend bought the full version in Europe and couldn't get it to work having the same problem Phoenix described. He even brought it along when he came visit me few weeks ago hoping I can solve his problem, but on my computer it was the same. Please assist.
