I bouth a DJ Console and get a full version of "Virtual DJ" with the hardware, but there was no serial with the software so I can't download any of the add-ons...
Anyone that can tell me what I should do?

Please visit the Dj Console Forum.
You'll see that you don't have a serial because you have a VDJ version taylored for the dj console, not the full version.
