When you guys are mixing beat per minute, do you use the shortcuts on the keyboard, just the mouse or both?

I use both. I use the mouse to push off the track and the keyboard to sync the beats and tweak the EQs

How do you tweak the eq's from the keyboard?
Much appreciated...

I wish I knew how you guys are doing it. I also use both the keyboard and mouse but the shortcut to change the low, mid, and high's only adjust by halves. That's too much all at once. They should slide in small increments. Hopefully that will change with the next release.

I use my keyboard and mouse. To beat mix I set up the pitch on both players then hit esc. I have set this button up like this. Esc=play+beatmatch. It works like it use to in older versions of Atomix, I also use an external mixer with bass, mid and treble controls.

I use keyboard for file searches (much quicker than a crate of vinyl!!)
Also use it for nudging and pitch shifting, starting, beat skip, flanger etc... x2 (one set of keys for each deck)
Mouse for not much!!
Mixer for EQ and levels, cuts etc.
At gigs I use a home-built hardware controller acting as a keyboard (although I can't do file searches when using this, cos I can't be bothered doing all the extra wiring ;)

Personally I use the keyboard when mixing with atomix.
As for vinyl, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.

You should check out the USB addon "pads" -- the one ive got has 20 definable buttons.. you define the buttons them label them, then set the shortcuts in atomixmp3... keep the pad close to your mouse, mixer, whereever your hands usually stay and set up everything on the pad.. then just leave the keyboard alone!
