Hi...
I'm having a problem with my atomix, since I formatted my HDD. Every time I try to open, it sends me an error, and then it closes, it is acting like if it where a pirate copy.
I already deleted and reinstaled it again, but no succes at all.
any help would be appreciated.

Check the full version program, try another HDD (other PC).

Be quiet, send a message to :service@atomixmp3.com, with your user name, serial number, and your e-mail ( the same when you buy atomix)

C'mon I know what i'm doing, it's not about my hdd not even my pc, but thanks anyway, and yes Coyote that's what i'm going to do (contact the atmoix service).
