anyone have a problem with the fx button flashing?

Since I recieved a new unit from Herc, I noticed my FX button flashing when using an effect (almost seem to go on the downbeat) , it doesnt bother me ... it doesnt effect the play of the music and you get reminded there is an effect playing.
