hello

i just went to buy a dj console ,everything works but when i unplug the device from the usb port my system auto reboots.
very strange, i installed the latest drivers en firmware update but i stille have the same problem.

any solutions?

Does it do this when u hot swap any other USB device from the same port?

Did you try the last firmware and last driver available on hercules website?
 
i only have it when i unplug the dj console... and yes i installed the latest drivers and firmware update.

i get a blue screen, it says:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error

stop: 0x0000000A (0x0000FFDF, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x806bc90E)
 
i've had this problem with a few different USB devices. it is some problem in the XP installation. only fix i have found for this is to format and reinstall,
it is typically a problem with the USB root hub drivers but i have not as yet found an easy way to fix this problem
