you can use any mp3 or wav file for the samples
u can download them or make them your self
there are many files on music sharing programs
just search for dj tools
or search the net for samples i found alot
what kind of music are interested in ?

You can create your own samples easily with an exceptional software called "AVS audio utilities 1.5", you can record your voice by microphone or extract samples from your music and add greats effects like echo, and a lot of more effects, if you don't trust me just download the demo version from www.avs.com and I'm sure you'll buy it.

u can search yahoo there are alot of sites that let u download free samples and some u have to buy ( sample packs)
u can try **** (we can't allow p2p discution) or *** they have some but again it depends what ur looking for
what kinda music do u spin and what kinda samples are u looking for maybe i can give u some sites
