Hopefully someone can help me here...
I've bought a DAC 2 controller, after using a mate of mines one night. He uses PCDJ with his, bit VDJ worked like a dream.
I've now received mine, but it works with PCDJ and not Virtual. On PCDJ it works off COM6, his DAC always worked off COM5 on my computer, but for some reason mine works on. In the config of Virtual - it only allows you to select COM1 through to COM5.
Is there any sort of patch which allows Virtual DJ to search on COM6. There's probably a simple solution!

go into registry editor
and find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>VirtualDJ and change Numark port to 6
btw. Autodetection did not help ?

Thanks I'll try that when I get home tonight.
Nope autodetect works on my friends DAC, but with mine it doesn't.
His also works on PCDJ with autodetect, but I had to set it for mine to work.
It's strange!
