How or what programs are you guys using to record your Video Mixes

I use the video output of my laptop connected into a Canopus AVDC-100. The AVDC-100 connects to the recording computer via firewire. I use dvgrab on the recording computer to grab the video/audio stream over firewire. I do this on linux but you can use WinDV or even that Winxp Movie maker thing on Windows.

I use a video capture card and WinDVR 3 to record video mixes.
