The skins should be ordered by their UPDATED dates on the skin page.
As it is now when you look at the SKIN page you cannot tell if there were any additions or updates. This will must be frustrating to our new members or potential members who are trying to find that 'right' skin to get comfortable.
Another fix could be adding a 'last updated' comment on the main skin page.
