I am having trouble setting the fade out an in point when I am using the automix setting. VDJ seems to set them and I cannot change them. Could someone help me set the fade in and out points?

Can someone help me with this? I really like vdj so far, but if this feature doesnt work properly im not sure I wanna upgrade the demo...
I mix hip hop and a buddy of mine has traktor and he can do this real easy.
I just want an automatic hard cut at a specified point in the song, I want to set it. This would allow me to scratch over the transition.
I searched the forums, but the advice about the settings in the BPM is strange. It either resets the end marker when I close the BPM menu or it puts the marker slightly out of place.
Please help a brother out!
