i just bought vdj pro online and resived the download link and keycode/serial number. the softwear is instulled and running great on my laptop. now I want to get some new skins, video fx, sound bytes, and use other features, BUT, I can't updaet my profile to the license pro user because it say's my keycode/serial number is not valid. It's the one sent to me to activate my pro version of vdj. what gives????

I'm guessing you have it straightend out by this time. you show up as pro user. if not contact e-service to assist
