I like it! Where'd you get the keyboard tray from? Also, I see no CD decks.... you have more faith in Windows than I do!

Keyboard tray/drawer was from ebay at this ebay shop :-

No CD Decks, although I do have a second rig with cd instead of PC so a quick changeover would be possible. BUT it's rock solid stable, likely due to the high spec and my only using quality components. And to be honest, it does get a lot of hammer, I use videos, visualisations, karaoke, samples etc as well as normal music dj'ing with it. My only disappointment is that VDJ still hasn't sorted out the visualisations problem when using advanced soundcard options.

I'm also thinking of throwing a webcam in the loop and adding that to the video side.

Yeah I'm still waiting on that visualisation thing too.... what's the plan with the camera then? Working on some cunning plan to incorporate live video into the visualisations?

Got it in one! Planning on mounting the camera up somewhere with the lighting on my DJ stand.

Cool set-up, now that looks like a typical English Pub if ever I saw one ;).

Cool idea! I do something similar in the students union where I work, but I've no idea how i'd incorporate it into VDJ, been using a separate vision mixer for that so far. If you come up with some kind of plugin, I'm sure I wouldn't be the only one interested in that!

It's been previously discussed here :-

Was gonna play around with that option. However, it begs the question, since VDJ already has some native webac support, ie the virtual scratch option, then surely it wouldn't be difficult for the dev team to implemet something that allows a live stream to be implemented into the visuals. How about some feedback from the dev team?

Come on, don't be shy!

When? I've been here for 6 years so if it was within that time I'd know who you are.

More pics please. The front, whats on the poles. Looks nice and neat. Show us the inside.

If I show you the insides it would mean taking the case out of the rack and opening it up! The poles are part of my 4ft DJ stand and have 2 evl spins, 2 acme panthers and a 4 colour dmx laser mounted up there. I'll get some pics of it in action posted up soon.

OK, a picture of the stand from the front has now been added to my blog, am also in the process of adding a few pics of it in action. You can see wires dangling on the left as at this stage I had'nt finished setting up.
