Hello:
I am setting up an internet radio station. I have Virtual DJ with the Hercules Controller as well as Sam Broadcaster. I want to use SAM as my automation and Virtual DJ when I am mixing live. I will be using Shoutcast.
However, to my knowledge there is no way to convey playlist information for licensing agencies - reports for ASCAP, BMI etc from Virtual DJ.
I am going to use the service of Loud City in order to cover all my licensing fees so the station will be legal.
Any advice or information as to how I can get a statistical relay of songs played out of virtual dj? One that can be used for song reporting?
This is a standard feature in SAM Broadcaster but as I said I want to use VDJ for the live mixing because for that purpose it FAR exceeds SAM and with the Hercules Controller it is much more like traditional DJing.
Any ideas or information would be greatly appreciated.

Well you can save the title played on the radio in a file. We use that on VirtualDJ Radio
