The "Value=" field is only meaningful for sliders action (like crossfader, bass, etc...).
Either you can give a relative value (+5, -3, ...), or you can give an absolute value between 0 and 4096.

I agree but someone a newbie who whant to create a 1/4 beat shortcut don't know that he must enter -4.

The online documentation has some part that are still beeing written at this time. But we wanted to stick to the 1st july release date, so we released it anyway even if the doc wasn't completely finished.
