Please stay on topic. If you would like to ask a question post it in a thread about the same topic or create a new one. Searching the forum, or reading the manual will help also.
Answer to your question: Play the track, where you want to create the sample from in one of the desks. Open the sample menu right click on "Loop" or "Jingle" to start recording. Right click again to stop recording. In the sample slot click on the little round button to save the jingle or loop.
Use loop to create a looped sample, create jingle to record a sample which should be played once.
