What about the heat on the shuttles? How hot do they get. I have one outside the case
and it gets up as high as 112 degrees F. Even with a fan blowing on it.

This is my revised setup after moving the mk2 and adding the u46dj, which is hiding behind my mk2 to prop it at an angle. I'm running my tt500's into my u46dj and the u46dj into the behringer vmx100 and the vmx to the gemini pmx40. The pmx40 runs into GE 14 band eq and that finaly makes it's way to my sony mini shelf system;^]

Wish I still had my Grandad's 78s. The sound quality was great with Shellac. Far better than Vinyl and CD and MP3 ;-)

Only with older analogue recordings it would be better though. Remember, for modern music, CDs are closer to the artists desired result. Vinyl adds distortion (or warmth as people seem to like to call it).
