Is it possible to get the pitch level of VDJ in a plugin?

Yes you can get the pitch with GetParam() and param=pitch
However you can't get the level (volume)

does the getparam work with VTC?
I mean when I increase or decrease the pitch trough the pitch of my turntable, can I get the level of the pitch as well?
