Okay I found out the name of the song and the artist.
OutKast - atien
It's frustrating when artists title the songs with out any corrilation between the lyrics and the title.
another good example of this is the Greatful Dead : Touch of Grey (they only sing that lyric once in the whole song)

btw - check out that aoutcast song - it's got a neat feel to it - reggea mixed with 50's big band, really cool idea.

I like the songs "Hey ya" and "Ms Jackson" from Outkast, will try to get the song mentioned as well
