i have to pc's one laptop and other desktop and i have mk2 console the problem is on laptop when i was installing for second time the virtual dj because i have installed on desktop , in the laptop the mk2 with virtual dj dont let me to do any updates and is very slowly the interface with mk2 the specs of the laptop is more efficient then the desktop can you guys help me out

try transfering the virtualdj update file from your desktop and updating that way if it won't connect properly..
as for the mk2 interface slowness- have u made sure to update the drivers from hercules on the laptop too? you have to update those drivers on any machine u work on- not just once for the mk2 box

well my desktop in a 290km from me is lit bit hard to get the update i have made every updates of the drivers from hercules and the mk2 continues slow , there is any change for me to get the virtual dj updates by reseting my account ?
