it sounds like you are not using a version 2.00 compatable skin.
check the addons page for an update as the beatlock is now per sedk instead of just one button. when pressing the beatlock button on an old skin both decks beatlocks are enabled and as a result doesn't work correctly

When a track is beatlock you can't change the pitch because this the track who need to be syncro with the other.

yes you can, with beatlock enabled you can move the slider on the non beatlocked deck and the slider on the beatlocked deck will move in unison keeping the two in time. if both beatlocks are enabled then the pitch controlls are locked in position and cannot be moved at all

In version 1.09 you can change the pitch speed with beatlock on, i,am using the orginal skin of VDJ.
